Claims Monitoring and Verification

- Where large claims occur and repairs are required, we monitor the repair process with a view to monitoring costs incurred and ensuring repairs are carried out effectively and that all costs are reasonable and justified.
- On completion of repairs we compile our report including all justified costs and fully explain any costs that are unreasonable or unjustified, providing complete explanations of our findings and reasons for rejecting unjustified costs.
